Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our water dispensers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

Warranty Claims
